Welcome to the League of Science Fiction Explorers

Every great journey begins with a single page.

Join us for the monthly meeting of the League of Science Fiction Explorers, Curious Owl Bookshop’s official Science Fiction Book Club.

Whether you’re fascinated by distant galaxies, time travel, artificial intelligence, alternate histories, first contact, or the technologies of tomorrow, you’ll find fellow explorers here. From Jules Verne and H.G. Wells to Andy Weir and James S.A. Corey, science fiction has always invited us to ask one simple question:

We shall:

• Meet fellow science fiction readers.
• Share our favorite authors, books, and ideas.
• Discuss the kinds of science fiction we’d most enjoy exploring together.
• Choose our books as a group.
• Guide future meeting dates and the direction of the club.
• Whether you’ve been reading science fiction your entire life or are just discovering the genre, you’re warmly welcome. Just read the book before you show up.

There is no cost to participate. You don’t need a reservation. Just bring your curiosity.

Fourth Saturday of each month
9:00–10:00 AM
